OM hand beaten Singing Bowl 4.25 inches

OM or AUM ॐ is simply a totality including everything. There are literally thousands of books written in this symbol itself thus thousands of interpretation. It is seen as a vibration of the universe and often referred to as the "Pranava," meaning "that which permeates life and runs through breath." It is considered the primordial sound from which the entire universe arose. The chanting of Om is believed to connect individuals with the cosmic vibration and the essence of creation.

ॐ is composed of three Sanskrit letters: A, U, and M. These letters represent various aspects of existence, creation, and the cycle of life. The 'A' represents the waking state, the 'U' represents the dream state, and the 'M' represents the deep sleep state. The silence that follows the chanting of Om represents the fourth state, known as "Turiya," symbolizing the state of transcendence and enlightenment.

ॐ symbol is well celebrated across most of the different tradition and culture in indian subcontinent including India, Nepal, Tibet and some other different parts of the world and holds significant spiritual and cultural significance in various Eastern religions, particularly in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. 

This bowl is casted into the bowl shaped and hand beaten, polished and painted to its final appearance.

This bowl has a wonderful ring to it which is exteremly beneficial to sound therapy and meditation.
